Heavy decoy with lots of age and character, weighs 3 lbs 11 oz.
Measures approximately  8 inches high, 15 inches long and 6 inches high
Sticker on the bottom says "Primitive Brant - Pigeon River Minnesota "Speed' Hooper Manitowoc
When I google this information it brings up Emanuel "Speed" Hopper of Manitowoc WI.  - see last photo
