Vintage Sterling Silver Signed Capuchin Monkey with Dangling Puffy Heart Brooch

Fabulous sterling silver (tested) brooch featuring a monkey holding a dangling puffy heart. He is perched on a branch, and his long tail forms a large curlicue at the top. Measuring 1 3/4" tall, he is in excellent condition with no damage or flaws. There is a signature and some engraved numbers, but I can not determine what they are.
