Old Cleveland Superior King Craftsmen Brass Trumpet with Case & 7M Mouth Piece
This is a charity item so I have know previous knowledge and I don't do musical instruments. That said I'll do my best:
Case as you can see has wear. Trumpet seems nice especially for age, I'll point out any flaws I see however there could be more so please see photos. I would guess it is brass plated but have no idea???  There is a sm dent about 1/4" on one pipe and two sm dings on another. As you can see near the name there is some pitting, very light hardly raised. The buttons have a mother of pearl look, two are stuck in and I didn't dare force them. #222049. What I call the bowl (the sound end) does have slight pitting around edge you can see but more feel. Deep inside you can see what looks like spots of green  corosion. There is a nick about 1/2" on the opposite side of one of the button tubes.
The mouth piece is very heavy and has a lovely silver tone siler plate/silver????? Not sure.
