Handmade drake butterball. Solid cedar. Made by Pat Farrel, Green Bay, WI. Circa 1950. All original paint. Original glass eyes. Good condition, very nice. In use wear. This decoy has the original old cotton cord anchor line and a leather loops holding the anchor line on and a wooden keel on the bottom. It was made for rough water use on Green Bay - which is part of Lake Michigan. Nice wing carving on the back. Original lead weight on the bottom. A dandy little butterball decoy. Pat was one of the best duck hunters on the Bay. I'm also fortunate enough to have one of the two swans that Pat made as confidence decoys for late season black duck shooting. He was one of the most avid duck hunters that I've ever met. Length 11 1/2" from tip of tail to tip of bill; 5 1/2" wide; 4 1/2" high. I'll pay the shipping to the lower 48 states only. No returns.
