Great condition, opens and closes smoothly.
Marked "Sterling" at the bottom back of the heart.
Nice details on the front of the compact, with a small mirror heart on the front as well.
Filigree details carved into the sides of this amazing piece.
I would date this to around 1940's or before from the estate I bought it from.
Comes with the original mauve color felt pouch.
Measures 2.5 x 2.5 inches.
